New village homes for Elsenham

Thank you to everyone who came to our exhibition and participated in the consultation. 

We are very grateful for the input we have received from local residents and the views and comments have been helpful in refining our plans.

We submitted an outline planning application in January to Uttlesford District Council and expect the council to make a decision on the application by late spring.
 
If the scheme receives approval from the District Council we would then carefully select a development partner with which to submit a detailed planning application. We will hold further consultation at this stage.
